in JIS C8308, 8358 and is exclusively used in Japan. The Japanese plug
has two flat, nickel-plated solid brass pins. The plug is not polarized.
The connecting lead has to comply with the special JIS regulations and marked with an approval number.
The current/voltage indicated on the plug depends on the cross-section of the connecting lead:.
2 x 0,75 mm² = 7 A / 125 V
2 x 1,25 mm² = 12 A / 125 V
2 x 2,0 mm² = 15 A/ 125 V
